Dormitorios relajantes. Para saber elegir los colores para pintar tu alcoba, primero debes identificar que es lo que quieres al entrar a tu recámara, es decir que atmósfera deseas sentir, ya que el color que pintes, va a ayudar a conseguir distintos ambientes, como un dormitorio romántico, una alcoba elegante o una recámara relajante.
Siempre recomiendan que hay que buscar el color más relajante para el dormitorio. Cada color tiene un impacto sutil en nuestro estado de ánimo y nuestro bienestar.
Pero, ¿Cómo pintar una recámara para hacerla relajante? ¿De qué color puedo pintar mi habitación para lograr un efecto de relax?.. es lo que me suelen preguntar, y si bien es cierto que hay algunos colores que producen esa sensación, te debes preguntar ¿qué colores son los que a tí te relajan?. Aqui unos tips según lo que pude investigar en internet:

- El verde es un color medio frío y medio caliente, por lo que se puede decir que es muy versátil, y tanto puede funcionar para dar vitalidad al espacio con tonos lima, como tranquilidad y frescura con sus versiones más claras.

- Los colores fríos para el dormitorio son siempre un acierto porque son los más relajantes e invitan al descanso. Así, por ejemplo, los azules y los verdes en sus versiones más frías aportan, además de sosiego, naturalidad y serenidad.

- El malva, uno de los colores de moda, en todas sus versiones, crea un espacio relajado e introvertido. En sus versiones más claras es ideal para zonas de trabajo y para dormitorios muy femeninos. Y en sus versiones más intensas resulta muy elegante.

- Los colores que sugieren los cromoterapeutas son el violeta y el rosa para favorecer el sueño en general, y en concreto el marrón para las personas con ansiedad y estrés. Con el azul y el verde hay que tener cuidado, aunque son dos colores relajantes que inducen al sueño para la mayoría, parece que influyen negativamente en las personas depresivas.

- Para aunar todos estos requisitos lo mejor es optar por pintar las paredes con colores neutros: blanco, crema, beige y, dependiendo del humor que se quiera suscitar, poner la ropa de cama de diversos colores pasteles: blanco, violeta, marrón, verde o azul.

- Pintar alguna pared con un color azul turquesa suave, como el mar del caribe, cae muy bien en los cuartos de jóvenes y adultos que buscan habitaciones relajantes. Esto se da porque el azul tiene un efecto calmante. En general se asocia con la seguridad física y la fuerza. Produce sentimientos tranquilos y pacíficos. Es un color reservado y que parece que se aleja. Puede expresar confianza, reserva, armonía, afecto, amistad, fidelidad, y amor. Es un color sedante, disminuye las pulsaciones, baja la presión sanguínea y disminuye el apetito. El color azul le brindará tranquilidad y es relajante por naturaleza. Es ideal para dormitorios invadidos de luz solar, ya que produce un efecto refrescante. Además, produce una sensación de amplitud del espacio cuando este resulta pequeño.
