- El verde es un color medio frío y medio caliente, por lo que se puede decir que es muy versátil, y tanto puede funcionar para dar vitalidad al espacio con tonos lima, como tranquilidad y frescura con sus versiones más claras.

- Los colores fríos para el dormitorio son siempre un acierto porque son los más relajantes e invitan al descanso. Así, por ejemplo, los azules y los verdes en sus versiones más frías aportan, además de sosiego, naturalidad y serenidad.

- El malva, uno de los colores de moda, en todas sus versiones, crea un espacio relajado e introvertido. En sus versiones más claras es ideal para zonas de trabajo y para dormitorios muy femeninos. Y en sus versiones más intensas resulta muy elegante.

- Los colores que sugieren los cromoterapeutas son el violeta y el rosa para favorecer el sueño en general, y en concreto el marrón para las personas con ansiedad y estrés. Con el azul y el verde hay que tener cuidado, aunque son dos colores relajantes que inducen al sueño para la mayoría, parece que influyen negativamente en las personas depresivas.
